Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping(Costs/Revenue invoices)
· Issuing Outgoing invoices, debit, credit notes
· Invoice checking. Third Party Invoices. And forwarding them to the Office manager
· Other accounting documents
· Bank Account management (Check balance, Preparation of payments and managing saving account)
· Solving accounting issues
· Contact accounting, bank, and contractors
· ZAM Monthly Reporting
· General administrative work regarding SPVs within financial scope
· Bookkeeping(Costs/Revenue invoices). Uploading supplier invoice
· Preparation of reports to the partners
· MTR preparation and uploads
· Preparing agreements/contracts (example Marketing) and sign’s processing
· Invoice checking (vs contract)
· Issuing of Invoices and other accounting documents
· Marketing company’s costs control
· Accounting issues solving
· Maintain cost records for the acquisition of new properties / Control compliance with budgets
· Cash Flow/Liquidity Planning
· Supporting Finance Manager/CFO
Expectations:
· Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, accounting.
· Specialization in real estate management or comparable qualification is an advantage.
· Alternatively, commercial education as a real estate specialist, tax officer or IHK banking officer.
· Experience in the real estate or construction industry may be an advantage.
· Basic knowledge of tax and accounting principles and group controlling will be an advantage.
· Strong love of numbers, ability to process and structure data effectively.
· Organizational talent, self-reliance, analytical and solution-oriented way of working.
· Very good knowledge of MS-Office package, especially advanced knowledge of Excel.
· Very good knowledge of the English language.
