Your areas of responsibility
In your role, you will initially work very closely with the Head of Development and gradually take on responsibility e.g.
- Responsibility for the economic success of projects
- Granting of or obtaining development rights on a site or a new development area
- Carrying out profitability calculations
- Create, implement and control of business plans
- Communication with relevant external offices and authorities as well as other stakeholders
- Processing and clarification of conceptual issues
- Monitoring the sales of the areas to be developed
- Control, monitoring and organization of various issues in close coordination and cooperation with the technical project management as well as the commercial and the controlling department
Your profile
To be successful in this position, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Completed university degree(diploma, master's or comparable) in industrial engineering, business administration, architecture, civil engineering, law or a comparable qualification, preferably with further training in real estate management (REBS or IREBS)
- Proven success in neighborhood development with large-volume construction projects in the residential or commercial sector
- Very good project development, from building law and construction to letting and sales
- Experience with a project developer is an advantage
- Holistic thinking, result orientation
- Business fluent in German and English
- Strong organizational, negotiation and communication skills as well as reliability and assertiveness
