Into the financial department we are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Finance and Administration Project Manager. The department manages financial and administrative matters of multiple companies across CZ, PL, DE & HU. This concerns mother & daughter AM companies, portfolio of real-estate-holding SPVs, student housing operator etc.


  • languages: fluent Czech or Slovak, advanced English (>=B2) as you’d be in daily communication with different partners across several countries
  • rich experience in using PC and MS Office products (mainly Excel)
  • previous involvement in financial management (3+ years)
  • dependable, independent & proactive personality with an eye for detail
  • discrete and cultivated expression


  • ensuring and checking compliance with the defined steps in financial processes (eg invoice review, budget compliance, documentation completeness, deadlines)
  • collection and completion of documents for accounting
  • coordination & planning of financial matters with technical and business departments
  • collection and registration of invoices
  • invoicing to customers according to plans and contracts and receivables management
  • communication with accountants and auditors
