ZEITGEIST purchased this 16th century building for a German Pension fund in a Portfolio Transaction. The building features a view over Prague and is located directly in the historic center near Prague Castle. ZEITGEIST terminated the former operation of the hotel, refurbishes the apartments and implements a new leasing strategy targeting the diplomatic community in the neighbourhood. The goal is to increase capital value and cash flow with a long term holding strategy.
