We are looking for a new colleague for our Prague team.

What we expect from you:

  • experience in a similar job for at least 2 years
  • education in economics
  • knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office, Outlook)
  • organizational skills
  • communicative English
  • independence and responsibility
  • team player with good communication skills

You take responsibility for:

  • processing of received invoices and their control
  • issuing invoices
  • cooperation with an external accounting firm
  • checking the maturity of issued invoices
  • document Archiving
  • support for other departments and preparation of documents
  • communication with suppliers and banks
